My most recent baby shower creation. This was a two tier Paisley leaf- like cake pan by Wilton. Covered in a light pink buttercream with trailing vines and royal icing flowers. The baby was made out of fondant and made one week in advance to allow for drying time. The cake was carrot with cream cheese filing.

SpongeBob Squarepants.
Who lives in a pineapple under the sea?? Yep, Spongebob. But this time he was over at
Santiago's house for his 3rd birthday party celebration. I made the smokestack and door and window out of fondant. The seaweed, coral and bubbles was made of royal icing and dried for a week.

Butterfly Cake
This cake was delivered to a quinceanera party on Valentine's Day. The cake consisted of various flavors such as: carrot with cream cheese, red velvet with cream cheese, chocolate with oreo filling and french vanilla with cherry or pineaplle filling. The white butterflies were made of royal icing. Transporting the cake was scary because it was real stormy and forty miles away.
